Spring Retreat 2022
Booking Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required with retreat booking to secure your place. The remaining balance needs to be paid no later than 8 weeks before start date of the retreat. If booking within six weeks of start date, payment in full will be required upon booking.
Once you complete a booking form we will email you to confirm your place and provide payment options. The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 8 weeks before the start of the retreat then no balance will be owed. However, if you cancel after this date, the full balance for the retreat will be due whether or not you are able to attend. Payments by Bank Transfer or Cheque once your Booking is Confirmed.
Arrival is between 3pm and 5:30pm on Friday 18th March
The programme will run until approximately 3:00pm on Sunday 20th March.
The full programme will be issued over the coming weeks.
We will provide all services listed on the retreat that is within our best capabilities and reserve the right to make changes to the programme should we need to.
The programme of gentle exercise and meditation is suitable for most, however, if you have any physical, mental, emotional conditions that may hinder your stay, it is your responsibility to let us know beforehand. The retreat programme is taken at your own risk.
Lee Tai Chi Centre cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence, which might result in illness, injury, other damage, loss or theft to the customer or his property.
All students are required to make their own travel arrangements.
We will at times take photographs/video during the retreat for our website and promotional material, including adverts. You agree to have your photograph taken. If you are sensitive about this, please let the retreat manager know this when you arrive.
