The Arm Swings Chi Kung is part of the Tai Chi Healing Connections Practise Method. The arm swings can be done at any time of day to regulate your body, emotions and create a positive mindset. The practise stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, activates the meridian system and slowly cleans and opens the chakras and energy field.
