Lee Tai Chi Centre ("us", "we", or "our") operates www.leetaichicentre.co.uk (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name & email address ("Personal Information"). We also collect website usage information using Google Analytics.

We do this using cookies (see section 4).

We will not share or sell any personal information to third parties for purposes of marketing, advertising, or promotion.

Communication and Responding to Requests

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials.

In addition your Personal Information may be used to provide you with customer support, to process purchase transactions (via PayPal) and to seek your opinions & feedback.

Google Analytics employs cookies to define user sessions, which allows for the collection of data about how visitors are using the websites. Google Analytics uses only first-party cookies for data analysis. 6. How long will We hold your Personal Information for?

Your Personal Information will be retained until such time as you request that your account with Lee Tai Chi Centre be deleted. At that time your account & all Personal Information will be deleted. Any packages you may have purchased will be immediately lost.

7. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
